The 10 x 10 cm size provides a larger dressing area, and when in contact with wound exudate, the dressing absorbs fluid and forms a gel.

The dressing contains a high concentration of mannuronic acid and releases silver ions upon contact with wound exudate. As exudate is absorbed, the gel helps maintain a moist wound environment and supports atraumatic dressing removal according to the manufacturer's specifications. The dressing is supplied sterile, is intended for external use only, and should be secured with a non-occlusive secondary dressing.

Instructions for Use
• Clean the wound and irrigate if required according to standard protocols

• Replace the dressing according to the amount of exudate and clinical evaluation
• If the wound appears dry, moisten the dressing with saline before removal
• Do not reuse the dressing, and do not use it if the package is damaged
