The indicator color changes according to the exposure achieved during the cycle: • Invalid result - only one square changes from pink to black. • Safety result - two squares change from pink to black. • Optimal result - all three squares change from pink to black. Each strip measures 2.50 mm x 6.50 mm and uses a high-sensitivity chemical ink indicator. The initial color is pink, while the final color after a validated cycle is dark brown or black, ensuring an accurate and visible interpretation of the process outcome. The strips can be placed inside each package or sterilization pouch together with consumables or instruments to verify the uniformity of steam penetration. They are intended for external use only and exclusively for steam sterilization processes. The product is not suitable for sterilization methods using dry heat, ethylene oxide (EO), or hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂). Manufacturing environmental conditions are strictly controlled at 15-30°C and a relative humidity of 10-40%. Recommended storage conditions are 4-30°C and RH 10-40%, protected from direct light. These parameters ensure color stability and long-term reliability of the indicator. Each box contains 250 strips. Packaging includes the product code, detailed description, intended use, usage instructions, classification according to regulatory requirements, batch number, and expiry date. The shelf life is 5 years when stored under appropriate conditions. Transportation must be carried out in closed, reinforced boxes to prevent damage. Storage conditions should be maintained during transportation. The product is non-hazardous and safe to handle. Before use, all instructions on the packaging should be carefully read to ensure correct application. The product must not be stored near sterilizing agents and should not be reused once exposed to a complete cycle.
