CHLORAXID 2% Sodium Hypochlorite Endodontic Irrigation Solution, Root Canal Irrigant 200 ml

CHLORAXID 2% is an endodontic irrigation solution based on 2% sodium hypochlorite active chlorine, intended for root canal irrigation and disinfection during dental procedures. The solution is used during mechanical instrumentation for cleaning and preparing the canal before root canal obturation.

Composition:
• Sodium hypochlorite 2% active chlorine
• Purified water

Directions for use:
• Introduce the solution into the canal using a syringe with a side-vented needle
• Approximately 10 ml of solution is recommended per canal
• Sodium hypochlorite is deactivated upon contact with organic matter, reduced concentration requires extended irrigation time, and increased solution volume

Safety instructions:
• Do not inject under high pressure to avoid irritation of periapical tissues
• Use caution in cases of perforation
• Irritating to the oral mucosa, skin, and eyes
• In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice
• In case of ingestion, do not induce vomiting, drink water, and consult a physician
• Use rubber dam isolation and appropriate protective equipment
• Do not use in patients with hypersensitivity to any component
• Rinsing with saline solution is mandatory between sodium hypochlorite and chlorhexidine digluconate irrigation to prevent the formation of dark precipitate
