Arsenic-Free Devitalizing Paste, PULP-X, 6g

The PULP-X arsenic-free devitalizing paste, 6g, is a paraformaldehyde-based product designed for dental applications. Its formula includes liquid formaldehyde, parachlorophenol, polyethylene glycol, amorphous silica, and vinyl siloxane, ensuring efficiency and stability. Directions for use: • Easy to apply and effective. • Paraformaldehyde coagulates albumins, giving pulp a fibrous texture that facilitates extirpation. • Remove as much dentin as possible from the affected cavity to ensure close contact with the pulp. • Insert a pellet soaked with PULP-X at the base of the cavity and seal hermetically with temporary cement. • Devitalization is completed within 5–7 days. • After devitalization, permanent root canal filling can be performed once the pulp is completely removed. Safety instructions: • Contains formaldehyde, toxic if inhaled or ingested. • Contact with skin may cause irritation or allergic reactions. In case of skin contact, clean with cotton and alcohol, then wash with soap and water. • If allergic reactions (rash, sensitization) occur, discontinue use and seek medical advice. • If the product contacts eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a physician. • Not suitable for patients with severe allergic reactions to any of the ingredients. Storage: • Store in regulated, well-ventilated areas. • Prevent access by unauthorized personnel. • Keep the container tightly closed in a dry place, at temperatures between 10 °C and 24 °C. • Keep away from food and beverages, including animal feed. • Close the cap carefully after use.
