The electrode construction comprises multiple functional layers designed for optimal electrical performance and mechanical stability. The backing material is a white, flexible, and waterproof PE foam with a closed-cell structure and biocompatible acrylic adhesive, ensuring consistent adhesion during the recommended application period. The conductive area is composed of a metal foil combined with an acrylic-based conductive hydrogel, which is biocompatible and designed to allow uniform electrical current distribution across the entire active surface. A PET protective liner is included to preserve the adhesive and conductive properties prior to application. Each electrode pad measures 105 mm x 155 mm, with an active surface area of approximately 76.94 cm2 per pad. The medical-grade foam thickness is 1 mm. The connection cable is manufactured from multi-strand copper wire (65 / 0.127 mm) with non-toxic PVC insulation. The minimum cable length is 1.2 m, depending on the reference. The connector molding is produced from plastic material according to the specific configuration. The electrodes are individually sealed in PET/aluminum/PE packaging, with a pouch size of 16 cm x 21 cm, ensuring protection during storage and handling. The product is designed to withstand up to 15 consecutive defibrillation shocks at 360 J, according to the specified technical limits.
