i-FLOW Flowable Composite, Shades A1 / A2 / A3, Light Curing, Radiopaque, 5 g, 5 Tips

i-FLOW is a nano flowable dental composite with light curing and radiopaque properties, available in A1, A2 and A3 shades according to the Vita shade scale. The material is based on glass and barium filler combined with EOBPADMA, UDMA, BisGMA and TEGDMA resins. Its formulation provides a flowable consistency for controlled placement and is intended for use in different dental restorative applications.

Instructions for Use
1. Cavity Preparation:
• Prepare the cavity using the usual procedure.
• Clean the surface with an oil-free prophylaxis paste, such as i-FASTE.
• For deep cavities, use a calcium hydroxide liner, such as i-CAL Duo or i-CAL LC, together with a glass ionomer base cement, such as i-BAS.
2. Demineralization and Adhesive Application:
• Apply an etching acid, such as i-GELN, over the entire surface to be demineralized.
• Keep the acid in place for 15 seconds on dentin and 30 seconds on enamel.
• Rinse with water and air dry, avoiding excessive drying of the dentin.
• Immediately apply a thin layer of adhesive, such as i-BONDING LC, to the demineralized surface and follow the adhesive instructions for use.
3. Syringe Preparation:
• Remove the syringe cap.
• Carefully attach the application tip to the syringe.
• Test the material flow through the tip before intraoral application.
4. i-FLOW Placement and Light Curing:
• Before bringing the syringe into the oral cavity, remove air from the application tip. Hold the tip upward and gently push the syringe plunger forward.
• Apply the material gently into the cavity. Do not force the plunger.
• Do not apply layers thicker than 2 mm.
• Light cure each layer for 20 to 30 seconds, depending on the layer depth.
• Use the light curing unit on the full program, not the pulse or ramp program.
• Finish the restoration after curing.
