PRIMA Guedel Airway, Sterile, Single-use, Various Sizes

The PRIMA Guedel Airway is a sterile, single-use medical device made of semi-rigid polyethylene and featuring a semicircular design. It is intended to maintain the upper airway in unconscious patients. When correctly positioned, the airway acts at the base of the tongue and prevents it from falling backward into the posterior part of the oral cavity.

The device is available in nine sizes, from 40 mm to 120 mm, with each size identified by a specific color. It is individually packaged and sterilized with ethylene oxide (EO).

Instructions for Use:
• Insert the airway into the oral cavity with the concavity facing upward.
• When the tip reaches the hard palate, rotate the airway 180 degrees.
• Continue insertion until the external end reaches the level of the dental arches.
• Do not use during convulsions.
