i-EDTA 17% Solution is a dental material used in root canal preparation procedures. Its formula, based on 17% ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), has a pH of 7.83±0.01 and is designed exclusively for professional use by trained dental practitioners. Material Composition: • Diluent: 80–85%; • Disodium EDTA: 17%; • Buffer agent: >1%; • Emulsifying agent: <1%. i-EDTA Solution does not contain: • medicinal substances; • human blood or plasma derivatives; • tissues or cells of human or animal origin or their derivatives (in compliance with EU Regulation No. 722/2012); • carcinogenic, mutagenic, reprotoxic, or endocrine-disrupting substances. Instructions for Use: 1. Fill an appropriate syringe with i-EDTA Solution. 2. Attach the irrigation needle. 3. Gently inject to fill the root canal. 4. Use endodontic files to enlarge the canal. 5. Repeat the procedure until the desired preparation is achieved. 6. Alternating rinsing with 2.5–5% sodium hypochlorite solution is recommended. The dispensed quantity is sufficient for single use on one patient only. Do not reuse. Storage outside the original packaging may result in loss of properties.
