Cylinder Construction
• The extinguisher cylinder is manufactured with a cylindrical welded steel body. The upper and lower caps are manufactured from steel using a deep drawing process.
• The cylinder neck features an internal M 30 x 1.5 thread for valve installation. The components are assembled by electric welding using an automatic machine. The cylinder is coated by electrostatic application with high resistance epoxy powder designed for use under different climatic conditions.

Brass Valve and Safety System
• The valve is manufactured from brass and features a release lever for operating the discharge system. It is equipped with a spring-loaded safety valve designed for automatic pressure release at a pressure between 20 and 24 bar.
• The valve also includes a safety ring and seal, allowing the integrity of the safety system to be visually checked. Safety relief areas are incorporated into the threaded section of the valve to allow pressure release in the event of accidental unscrewing from a pressurized cylinder.

High Precision Pressure Gauge
• The P6 extinguisher is fitted with an EBUR high precision pressure gauge. The internal mechanism of the gauge is manufactured entirely from brass.
• The gauge face features a green sector corresponding to the operating pressure and a red sector indicating underpressure and overpressure. The pressure gauge provides a visual indication of the pressure inside the cylinder during periodic inspection.

Discharge Hose and Nozzle
• The discharge system features a rubber hose with layered textile reinforcement. The hose is equipped with a nozzle with crimped metal ends, while the discharge tube is manufactured from PVC plastic.
• When the valve is operated, the extinguishing agent is discharged under pressure through the discharge system and directed through the nozzle toward the fire area. The specified discharge time is 10 seconds and the discharge range is 7m.

BC Dry Powder Extinguishing Agent
• The extinguishing agent is BC type dry powder, specified for Class B and Class C fires.
• Class B includes fires involving flammable liquids such as oil, grease and petrol. Class C includes fires involving flammable gases such as methane and propane. According to the product specification, the powder can also be used on electrical equipment below 1000 V.
• The powder is specified as non-corrosive, non-abrasive and ecological.

Application
• The P6 extinguisher can be used against medium-sized Class B and Class C fires in indoor and outdoor areas.
• For operation, lift the extinguisher and position it toward the fire. Pull the safety ring, direct the nozzle toward the base of the fire and press the release lever. The extinguishing agent is discharged under pressure through the hose and nozzle.

Inspection and Maintenance
• Check monthly that the pressure gauge needle is within the green sector.
• Inspect the discharge nozzle and its opening.
• If the nozzle opening is obstructed, clean it with compressed air.
• Check that the safety ring and seal remain intact.
• The extinguisher must be recharged after partial use.

Inspection of the pressure gauge, safety system and discharge assembly allows the condition of the main extinguisher components to be checked. Maintenance and recharging should be performed according to the applicable product instructions.
