The color pattern should be compared to the reference chart provided on the back of the package. Instructions for use: 1. Place the Bowie-Dick Test Pack in the center of the sterilizer chamber, ideally on the lowest shelf, where air removal is most challenging. 2. Run the standard cycle (134°C / 3.5 min or 121°C / 15 min). 3. After the cycle, open the pack and observe the color change on the test sheet.
