With a length of 14 cm, the instrument ensures control and precision through its textured active part, which provides a firm grip on the surgical needle. The textured surface helps maintain needle stability, preventing twisting or slipping during suturing.

The Mathieu needle holder includes a ratchet locking mechanism located at the end of the handle, allowing the user to lock the instrument in the desired position by simply squeezing the handle and unlock it by releasing. The stainless-steel composition ensures durability, structural stability, and compatibility with standard sterilization processes.
