Instructions for use:
1. Remove the cap of the culture flask and pass its mouth through the flame for disinfection.
2. Touch the sterile loop to the surface of the culture to collect the inoculum.
3. Re-flame the flask opening and replace the cap.
4. Open the container with the liquid medium and flame its mouth.
5. Insert the loop with the inoculum into the liquid medium and mix gently.
6. Flame the container mouth again and close the cap.
