Each unit is individually packaged in sterile conditions, with sterilization performed using ETO. Sterility is guaranteed as long as the packaging remains intact. Open the package and remove the stopcock from sterile packaging. 3. Connect one or two infusion lines to the available ports. 4. Remove the protective cap and keep the device in a vertical position. 5. Open the infusion clamps and fully expel air from the stopcock by turning it to the open position. 6. Rotate the stopcock to close. 7. Connect the stopcock to the venipuncture device and secure it by twisting. 8. Turn the stopcock to open and adjust the fluid flow as needed.
