Temperature and Humidity Log Book, 10 Sheets, A4
Description
The Temperature and Humidity Log Book is an A4 printed record book designed for the manual and organized recording of temperature and relative humidity values in areas where environmental conditions are monitored. The log book contains 10 sheets printed on both sides, equivalent to 20 pages or monthly forms, with tables structured for daily entries. It is made from offset paper with an approximate weight of 60-80 g/m² and features a colored cardboard or duplex cover, with stapled or booklet binding. Each form includes fields for the name of the facility, monitored area, month and year, with an additional field for identifying the measuring device, such as the serial number or ID of the thermo-hygrometer, when required. The table is structured for days 1-31 and includes dedicated columns for temperature, expressed in °C, and relative humidity, expressed in %. Measurements can be recorded at different times of the day, such as morning and evening, together with the information required to identify the person performing the measurement. The log book can be used in pharmacies, medicine storage areas, medical laboratories, food facilities, restaurants, professional kitchens, general or perishable goods storage areas, refrigerated rooms and other spaces where temperature and humidity are monitored according to internal procedures, applicable control requirements, good distribution practices or HACCP procedures.

• Pharmacies, medicine storage areas and medical laboratories for recording temperature and humidity conditions associated with good distribution practice requirements
• Food facilities, restaurants and professional kitchens for monitoring parameters included in HACCP procedures
• Refrigerated rooms and temperature-controlled storage areas
• General or perishable goods storage areas where environmental conditions require monitoring
• Other areas where temperature and relative humidity values are measured and recorded periodically
Instructions for Use:
• At the beginning of each month, complete the form header with the facility name, location or monitored area, month, and year of the recording period.
• Depending on the internal procedure, identify the measuring device used by recording the serial number or ID of the thermo-hygrometer.
• Measurements are performed by the person designated through the job description or internal decision. The frequency is established according to the applicable procedure, with readings commonly performed in the morning and evening.
• Record the values displayed by the thermo-hygrometer or psychrometer in the row corresponding to the current day, using the dedicated temperature and relative humidity columns.
• The person performing the reading signs in the designated field according to the form used.
• If a recorded value falls outside the limits established for the monitored area or stored products, record the actual observed value and the deviation without altering the measurement data.
• The deviation and corrective action taken can be recorded in the observations field, such as notifying a service technician or moving goods to a backup refrigerator.
• Keep the log book clean and intact and store it in an accessible location near the measuring device for inspection and verification.
• After the sheets have been completed, archive the log book according to the internal procedures and retention period applicable to the specific field of activity.
